When you submit an enquiry through our contact form we collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number (optional), sector (optional), and the details of your enquiry. We do not collect payment card details, and we do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes.
How we use your data
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote for our services, and send you an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your message. We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.
Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to a business enquiry you have initiated) and, where applicable, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. You are under no obligation to provide your personal data; however, without it we cannot respond to your enquiry.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months from the date of your initial contact, after which it is securely deleted unless a contract has been entered into, in which case we retain relevant records for 6 years in line with our legal obligations.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, object to or restrict our processing, and lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. Third-party services
This website is hosted on GoDaddy’s Airo platform. Enquiry emails are delivered via the Airo email gateway. We use Google Maps to display our location on the contact page. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements. We do not use Google Analytics or any other behavioural tracking tools on this website.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Continued use of this website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
